SlayFitVili is a real project developed to streamline customer onboarding in the wellness market. The business owner had been manually introducing packages, sharing curriculum, and handling pricing, which made scaling difficult and prone to slips. The goal was also to expand the customer base beyond personal connections to reach more female professionals in Finland. As the UX designer, service designer, and business analyst, I mapped user journeys, analyzed processes, and designed digital onboarding flows and interfaces that reduced manual effort, improved efficiency, and supported growth into new customer segments.
